1. Have a powerful vision. Talk about vision
2. Create a culture or leadership advancement
3. Develop a ministry that will attract business leaders
4. Teach about advancement, prosperity and creativity
5. Encourage entrepreneurism
6. Do not try to compete with business leaders, embrace their gifts to enhance yours. Celebrate their experience and training.
7. Be confident in your own spiritual and natural gifts that will enhance theirs.
8. Successful Business Leaders need a Pastor or Apostle for mentorship and spiritual accountability.
9. Have a strategy for community transformation.
10. Bless and empower them for success.
11. Brand your church as place for successful people and not a hospital or place for the poor.
12. Develop a program for youth and young adults that encourage entrepreneurism.
13. Teach on societal (kingdoms, mountains) of influence for youth and adults.
14. Develop a business training program.
Encourage networking and partnerships among the congregation.
