Kingdom Covenant International Fellowship (KCIF) is a fellowship of networks and ministers such as apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, missionaries, chaplains and proven ministers at all levels. Ministers who would like to connect to Dr. Pat and an apostolic team of Kingdom-ministers in relationship and commitment to work with each other to advance the Kingdom of God may do so through KCIF. KCIF is appointed by the Ontario Government to ordain Ministers. In the spirit of "Charity and Enterprise" our ministers network for ideas personal, congregational and enterprising developments.
